Terms of service

Effective from November 2, 2026

These are the rules for using Partha. We wrote them in plain words. By creating an account or using Partha, you agree to them.

Who we are

Partha is run by Partha Ltd. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Partha Ltd.

“You” means the person who creates an account and, where you use Partha for a business, that business. If you sign up for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

The service

Partha is online software for small and medium-sized businesses. It helps you keep track of products, stock, prices, sales and the people who work in your business.

Partha is a tool. It does not give legal, tax or accounting advice. Your business is responsible for checking that what it records and reports is correct and follows the rules that apply to it.

Your account

To use Partha you need an account. You agree to:

  • give true and current information when you sign up;
  • keep your password and sign-in secret, and not share your account;
  • be at least 16 years old, or the age at which you can make a binding agreement where you live, if higher.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions of people you invite. Tell us quickly if you think someone else has got into your account.

Acceptable use

Use Partha only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • break the law or the rights of other people through Partha;
  • try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or to bypass security or access limits;
  • upload viruses or anything meant to harm or overload Partha;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer Partha, except where the law allows it;
  • use Partha to send spam or to cheat or mislead other people;
  • use automated tools to read or load Partha in a way that harms other users.

If you break these rules, we may warn you, limit your access or close your account.

Your data

The information your business enters into Partha, such as products, prices, stock, sales and customer details, belongs to your business. We do not claim ownership of it. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run Partha for you.

You are responsible for having the right to enter this data and for using it lawfully, including telling your own customers how you use their data.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

Fees and plans

Partha is free while it is in early access.

If we add paid plans, we will show the price, what is included and how to pay in the product before you are charged. We will never charge you for something you have not clearly agreed to.

If we start charging for something that is free today, we will tell you in advance and you can stop using it instead.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Partha running and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may sometimes pause it for maintenance.

Partha will change over time. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something important, we will give you reasonable notice where we can.

Copies of your data are kept as backups, but you should also export the data you cannot afford to lose.

Ending your use

You can stop using Partha and ask us to close your account at any time, using the contact details below.

We may suspend or close an account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering Partha. Unless there is a serious reason to act at once, we will tell you first.

Before your account is closed you can ask us for a copy of your business data, and you can still ask for a short time afterwards. After closing, we delete or anonymise the data as described in the Privacy policy, except what the law requires us to keep.

Our responsibility and its limits

We take care to provide Partha properly. But in plain words:

  • Partha is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will meet every need of your business or work without interruption or errors.
  • We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for lost profit, lost sales or lost data that results from things outside our reasonable control or from how you use Partha.
  • If we are responsible to you, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Partha in the 12 months before the problem, or a small fixed sum if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

If you are a consumer, the law of your country may give you rights that these terms cannot take away.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law that applies in the country where our company is established, and disputes are for the courts that have jurisdiction there, unless mandatory law in your country says otherwise.

Before going to court, please contact us. Most problems can be solved by talking.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when Partha or the law changes. We will publish the new text here with a new date. If a change matters to you, we will also tell you by email or in the app before it applies. If you keep using Partha after that date, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can stop using Partha and close your account.
